Aquaculture Gaining Momentum in the Midwest, Attracting Iowa Farmers

The forecast for global seafood demand suggests Iowa’s fish and shrimp farmers can expect substantial growth and market development in the aquaculture industry, according to experts at the Coalition to Support Iowa’s Farmers (CSIF) 2017 Aquaculture Conference held this week in Ames.

 

Suspicious Activity Observed Around Livestock Buildings

We’ve recently received several reports from farmers regarding unwanted persons being found on farm premises. Don’t let your farm become a target for theft and vandalism. Take proactive measures to protect your farm, your family and your livestock from harm.
