Companies invest in the future of Iowa’s livestock farmers

08-30-2019 in News Release

Three companies that have a long and successful history of doing business with Iowa’s livestock farmers have made a financial investment in the Coalition to Support Iowa’s Farmers (CSIF).

Hills Bank & Trust Company, based in Hills, Iowa; Pinnacle, based in Iowa Falls, Iowa and ProAg Engineering from Jackson, Minnesota have stepped forward with an investment to CSIF.

The financial commitment made by the organizations will assist CSIF in its efforts to provide direct assistance to livestock farmers as they strive to grow their farms successfully and responsibly.  The investments assure these services remain free and confidential for all Iowa farm families.

The Coalition to Support Iowa’s Farmers, launched in 2004, has worked diligently to help families raise livestock and poultry successfully and responsibly. More than
4,500 farmers have received a helping hand – from interpreting rules and regulations, identifying good locations for new livestock barns and feedlots, enhancing relationships with neighbors and safeguarding the environment.

If you or your company would like to make an investment with CSIF, please contact Brian Waddingham at 800-932-2436 or bwaddingham@supportfarmers.com for more information.
