Open House: Raising Cattle Under Roof

Farmers interested in learning about the benefits of raising cattle under roof are invited to attend an open house at Cline Farms on Thursday, October 23. A complimentary lunch will be served at 11:45 a.m. with a short program following.
The open house will feature one Iowa style 10% barn that holds 981 head of cattle.
Experts from CSIF will also be available to provide insight into interpreting rules and regulations impacting livestock farms, enhancing relationships with neighbors, and choosing good locations for new barns and feedlots. CSIF assistance is available to farm families at no charge.
